My health: Jonathan Wilkes, singer and actor
I've been playing football since I've been breathing. I've always been a lover of sports - tennis, table tennis - anything with a ball, really. I play football a couple of times a week with the cast and I play a couple of rounds of golf a week as well. Last time I was up in Scotland, I played with Ally McCoist in Glasgow. I've got a big sporting event coming up in September, Soccer Aid, though I've got a bit of muscle strain in my thigh from playing football last week. I play pretty much anywhere and everywhere. I often play midfield, but at the moment I'm enjoying scoring goals.
Doing a show is pretty much like doing a two-hour cardio workout. You have to be careful what you eat but, to be honest, I can pretty much burn it off on stage. I'm not particularly body conscious. I hate the gym, to be honest. I like to stay trim, but it's not really being body conscious, it's more about looking good and feeling good about yourself. The hardest thing when you're doing a show is eating afterwards. By the time you get home, it's 11 o'clock and you're hungry and you want to eat, but if you have a big meal, it just sits in your stomach. I try to eat as much as possible beforehand but you end up having a few drinks after the show and then when you're coming home the only thing open is a kebab shop. You end up having a chicken kebab and telling yourself it's better for you.
The only things I don't eat are anchovies and capers: everything else, fine. Bread is my big weakness - if it were up to me, I'd eat sandwiches all day, every day.
On my days off, I'm at home with my wife and my son, Mickey, who's two. I've been away for the past three weeks and I'm at home for the next two and I do have trouble sleeping when I'm in a different bed every night. At home, we've got one of those Tempur mattresses that moulds to the body. They're really good, though they're quite hard to start with.
I can't remember the last time I had a good check-up at the doctor's surgery. I'm nearly 30, though, and things creep up on you.
It's good to get yourself properly checked out. I do get stressed very easily. It's stupid really: I get stressed over silly things. But part of being stressed is caring.
Jonathan Wilkes stars in The Wedding Singer at the King's Theatre, Glasgow, June 9-14.

FA CUP winner Harry Redknapp faces one of his toughest tests yet as a football manager by taking charge of a team of celebs.
The Portsmouth boss, who guided the south coast club to Wembley final glory over Cardiff in May, will take the reins of a team which includes his son Jamie for ITVs Soccer Aid.
Harry, 61, and former England midfielder Jamie, 35, will join a host of personalities for the spectacular clash in September.
GMTV presenter Ben Shepherd, 33, has also signed up to do battle once again.
He appeared in 2006 for the first Soccer Aid match, which raised Ģ2.6million for childrens charity UNICEF.
The format for this years tournament will be the same as before with two teams, one representing England and the other the Rest of the World.
The last time around, pop star Robbie Williams, Argentina football legend Diego Maradona and TV chef Gordon Ramsay were among those to join the extravaganza.
ITV chiefs will announce the full line-ups next week.
But a source enthused last night: It has been a great year for Harry first Pompey win the FA Cup and then they nip in to buy England striker Peter Crouch from Liverpool. And I know Jamie is looking forward to getting back on the pitch.

IT'S OFFICIAL !
So according to the Sun there will be a Soccer Aid 2
Not mentionned if Robbie will be taking part this year.
